Xanthe Kittson is a published photographer, and artist from Vancouver, Canada, who is currently living in Scotland. She specializes in fantasy inspired photography, and works with a wide range of other mediums such as printmaking, taxidermy, and jewellery making. Xanthe takes most of her inspiration from Classical paintings found in the Baroque era, as well as Greek mythology, and the Victorian era for her artwork. She uses a combination of photography, and digital techniques to create her images.

From the years 2017-2021, Xanthe attended Emily Carr University of Art and Design in Vancouver, BC, where she received her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts, and a major in Photography. Since graduating, she has continued her own independent studies. Currently, Xanthe is focusing on Mythology, death, and decay.

Xanthe’s work has been showcased in galleries and shows such as Capture Photography Festival, RawArtists Vancouver, Place Des Arts Gallery, and Emily Carr University.
